How do I get started with Scriptd Advisory?+
It starts with a free 30-minute discovery call. We'll talk through your current setup, what's not working, and which services make the most sense for your business. From there I'll send a clear proposal and we go from there.
Do you require a long-term contract?+
No long-term contracts. Services are offered on a month-to-month basis. I believe in earning your continued business through results, not locking you in.
How quickly can you onboard a new client?+
Most clients are fully onboarded within 3 to 5 business days. I have a structured onboarding process that makes the transition smooth and efficient from day one.
How do we communicate and collaborate remotely?+
Primarily through email and scheduled check-ins. I adapt to the tools you already use, whether that's Slack, Google Workspace, or simply email. Clear communication is part of the service.
How do I share sensitive financial information securely?+
Security is a priority. All file sharing is done through encrypted, password-protected methods. I follow strict confidentiality practices and am happy to sign an NDA before onboarding begins.
Can I customize my package or add services?+
Absolutely. Every business is different. If none of the standard packages are a perfect fit we can scope something tailored to your specific needs and budget.
Do you offer one-time projects or only retainers?+
Both. While retainer packages offer the most value for ongoing needs, one-time engagements like the Scriptd Back-End Reset are available for businesses that need a focused reorganization.
How and when do I get invoiced?+
Invoices are issued at the beginning of each month for retainer clients. Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date.
What payment methods do you accept?+
E-Transfer is the primary payment method. Invoice details and payment instructions are included on every invoice.
Do you work with businesses outside of Canada?+
Yes. Scriptd Advisory operates fully virtually which means I can support business owners across Canada and internationally. All services are delivered remotely.
